====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard Sri Hans Lal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Bajpatti P.S. Case No.228 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar Rai. He submits that save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no material to connect the petitioner and the petitioner is having clean antecedent. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition.

District & Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
