2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2024.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has left her house on her own and thereafter has returned.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned Court in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024.
