JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 18-12-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Opposite Party No.2. It has been pointed out that in the last line of 4th paragraph of the order dated 30.11.2017, inadvertently, „Rs.3,00,000/- per annum‟ has been typed in place of "Rs.30,00,000/- (thirty lac) per annum".

In view of such, order dated 30.11.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Rs.3,00,000/- per annum‟ it should be read as "Rs.30,00,000/- (thirty lac) per annum". Further, last line of the 2nd paragraph of the order is modified to the extent that in place of „Singapore‟, it should be read as "Hongkong".
