2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ application in the form of Public Interest Litigation for the following relief:

"For directing the respondents to constitute a high level enquiry team to enquiry about the huge financial irregularities committed by the authorities of Road Construction Department for execution of work of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19404 of 2025(4) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 widening and strengthening of three kilometer road from Circuit House Hajipur to Ambedkar Balika Chhatrawas."

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ application, if so advised, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Respondent no.6, raising all the grievances raised in the present writ application. Upon receipt of such representation, Respondent no.6 shall consider the same and pass an appropriate reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
