The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 3375 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2017. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. It is alleged that 3375 litres of foreign wine is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of section 100 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj, in connection with Excise Case No. 345 of 2017.
