2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 117 pf 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had accompanied with the petitioner willingly.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74952 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 117 of 2023.
