1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(d) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and is in custody since 31.07.2024.

4. Allegation is of recovery of 1500 litres of Jawa Mahua Solution from a ditch at village Sondi and the name of the petitioner transpired based on information provided by local people.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot as such nothing was

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submission, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024.
