(I) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to remove the encroachment made over the public land, appertaining to Khesra No.2250, Khata No.0851, situated at

Patna High Court CWJC No.15647 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 Mauza-Sarpardah (Bharatkhand Basa), Anchal-Puraini, District-Madhepura, which has been encroached by the private Respondents (II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to take suitable action against the Respondent no.6, who has failed to discharge his statutory duty, inasmuch as he has failed to remove the encroachment made over public land, even after several representations having been sent by the petitioner to the Respondent No.6."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Puraini, District-Madhepura, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
