Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.93 of 2024, registered for the offences u/s 303(2), 317(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S. and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on
