2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 277/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with his family members is alleged to have killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that the wife of the petitioner died due to illness and the son born out of wedlock is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69301 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 staying with the family of the petitioner. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Mohania, DistrictKaimur /concerned Court below in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 277/2025 subject to the following condition:- (i) The court below shall verify the fact that whether the child is staying with the family of the petitioner or not, if it is found that the child is staying with the family of the petitioner then the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted.
