The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.335 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had given the names of certain persons of the village for obtaining flood relief and had demanded illegal gratification from the said persons and also because the allegations do not stand supported by the complaint made by such beneficiaries, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16230 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6th, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S.
