24-01-2018 Heard Smt. Shama Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Uday Pratap Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 09-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23866 of 2017 to the extent of extending period of surrender. By the said order, the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

I do not find any ground to pass any order for modification of my earlier order, since it will amount to contravention of provision contained in Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The petition stands dismissed.
