2. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and has already been granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2025.

3. Considering the period of custody and the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 08.10.2025 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner shall remain on the same bail bonds as furnished earlier. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that Maintenance Case No. 190 of 2024 is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.

5. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to conclude the proceedings of the maintenance case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. He will proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party.

6. Till the disposal of the maintenance case, the petitioner is directed to pay maintenance amount of Rs. 5,000/- from the month of April 2026 to the complainant/informant. The maintenance for the month of April 2026 shall be paid to the complainant/informant within ten days from today, and thereafter, the maintenance amount shall be paid to the complainant/informant every month before the 10th day of each month.

7. It is made clear that the order of maintenance passed by this Court shall be subject to the outcome of the maintenance case pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court concerned.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
