2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have took away Rs.10,000/- from the pocket of informant. No specific over act has been alleged against this petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Having considered the accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
