2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2016 in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016 (S.Tr. No. 323 of 2017) for the alleged offences under Section 304(B), 201/24 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated as in fact his wife died of illness.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
