1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75259 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S.
