3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without applying his mind, the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Saran Division, Chapra, has passed the order mentioning therein that the membership was recommended by

Patna High Court CWJC No.15900 of 2024(3) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 the president of the Managing Committee, without calling for the proceeding of the resolution of the Managing Committee.

4. Be that as it may, the impugned order is revisable under Sections 56/48 of Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, so the petitioner may raise his grievance before the concerned Revisional Authority, who shall decide the matter as soon as possible.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
