The petitioner seeks bail in Deo P.S. Case No.78 of 2018(G.R. No.1150/18)registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 452, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner assaulted the minor daughter of the informant by khanti uprooting her four upper teeth. Doctor opined the injury to be grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
