JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order passed in LPA No. 167 of 2006 together with the State Litigation Policy, 2011, petitioners have already filed several representations (Annexure P 17 series) before respondent no.7 for grant of pay-scale of Rs.4000/- to 6000, but their representations have not been a disposed of till date.

Writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.7 to look into the matter and dispose of petitioners' representations, contained in annexure P 17 series, in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
