The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to file a representation before the respondent no.4 regarding his grievances pertaining to non-grant of relaxation in age and the respondent no.4 should be directed to dispose of the same within a specified time period. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter considering the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.13955 of 2017 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 dated 3.8.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Supaul in the case of similarly situated persons.
