2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 455 of 2024, instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. On secret information regarding keeping and selling of illicit liquor by the petitioner in her house, police team reached there and recovered 40 litres of illicit liquor from her house. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of Chaukidar. Petitioner was not present on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69613 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 possession of the petitioner. The alleged house is a joint family property. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. There is no independent witness to the seizure-list. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the Petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 455 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
