The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Govindganj P.S.Case No. 09 of 2018 registered under Sections 366-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in mind the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application wherein she has stated that out of her own sweet will she married the coaccused Md. Naushad Alam, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22417 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 petitioners herein are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S.Case No. 09 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
