Considering the nature of allegation having attributed against the petitioner to have disgraced national flag by up-rooting the same in consonance with the period of detention since 16-08-2017 coupled with absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petitioner.

Petitioner, Tunna Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
