JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, four unknown motorcycle borne miscreants fired upon the supervisor of the Highways construction company as a result of which he sustained injuries on his stomach, hands and thigh and died during treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation. He is in custody since 13.1.2013.
