The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13724 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1286 of 2016, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Buxar. The petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 08.03.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the prayer portion of main bail application 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar' has wrongly been typed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22899 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram'. Due to that very mistake, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let in the last paragraph of the order dated 08.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13724 of 2018, satisfaction of the court be read as 'C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram' in place of 'C.J.M. Buxar'. Six weeks' further time is also granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 08.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13724 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
