The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P. S. Case No.124 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that for an occurrence which took place on 09.05.2015, the complaint was filed on 06.06.2017, which was referred to the police under sub-section

(3) of Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation pursuant to which the FIR was instituted on 07.07.2017 and there is no plausible explanation for the
