The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.269 of 2015 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018. Petitioner was booked in this case only for the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against this petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65141 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.269 of 2015, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
