2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed for demand of dowry by the petitioner and his family members after eight months of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail has submitted that sufficient materials have come
