The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with weapons, came at the door of the informant and started abusing and assaulting
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69568 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 informant's father and mother. They also tried to disrobe mother of informant and snatched jewellery from the neck of informant's mother.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to petty dispute between the parties, an altercation took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injuries are simple in nature.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the nature of allegation and injury, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S.
