Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under Section 376 IPC or Section 4 of the POCSO Act is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner never gave any assurance for marriage. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, POCSO No. 55 of 2019.
