2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 304B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. He is separate in mess and business. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2024. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Punaura Police Station Case No. 107/2024.
