JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move before the learned Juvenile Justice Board with prayer of bail for the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the learned trial court may be directed to consider the prayer without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition.

2. The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid with direction to the learned trial court to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner
