The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 92/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/448/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against the accused Golu Turi and not the present petitioners who are the father and mother of Golu Turi and also the Mausa (petitioner No. 3). It is further submitted that the allegation of theft is ornamental in nature and the petitioners being family members have been falsely implicated.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and that these

No.16266 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 petitioners are not having any specific role, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., III, Jamui, in connection the Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 92/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
