ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 92/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/448/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against the accused Golu Turi and not the present petitioners who are the father and mother of Golu Turi and also the Mausa (petitioner No. 3). It is further submitted that the allegation of theft is ornamental in nature and the petitioners being family members have been falsely implicated.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and that these

Case No. 92/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
