2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the deceased Bhola Kumar @ Indian was shot by one Arvind Ray and other criminals and during investigation it has come that the petitioner was the liner and he informed Arbind Ray and others about the whereabouts of the deceased and thereafter they killed the deceased.

5. The petitioner is involved in the hatching the conspiracy to kill the deceased and he has actively participated

6. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The Superintendent of Police Samastipur will see to it that the trial is not delayed because of non-examination of the witnesses. He will also provide police protection to all the witnesses because from the materials it appears that the accused persons are well known criminals of the society.

9. The District Judge, Samastipur and the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur are directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt/communication of the order of this Court.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Samastipur and the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
