2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 711 of 2022 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 4.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52270 of 2022 with a direction to conclude the trial expeditiously.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74057 of 2023(3) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 period of 4 to 6 months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail is rejected.

6. The application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within 6 months, failing which, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
