The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to notify the name of Primary Health Centre, Puranhia, Sheohar, as Ram Siya Nath Prasad Primary Health Centre, Puranhia, Sheohar, since Late Nath Prasad Singh who is the father of the petitioner, donated the land for construction of Primary Health Centre on which the said construction has been made.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14623 of 2017(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Respondents taking stand that vide notification dated 15.11.2017, issued vide Memo No.992 of 2010, under the signature of Joint Secretary, Health Government of Bihar, the name of the Primary Health Centre, Purnhiya has been notified as Ram Siya Nath Prasad, Primary Health Centre, Purnahia. In view of the stand of learned AC to GA 10, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has become infructuous, hence he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
