JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Nothing has been recovered from these petitioners. The injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
