2. This is an application for quashing the order dated 09.07.2019 in part passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge XV, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2019 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 216 by which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65182 of 2019(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 the Court below has observed that there is no material on record to frame charge under Section 307 of the IPC and petition dated 13.06.2019 filed on behalf of the O.P. Nos. 2 to 7 under Section 227 and 228 Cr.P.C. was allowed.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at the trial.
