JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2025 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make necessary correction in the supplementary affidavit dated 20.11.2025 in course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of 22 petitioners, 20 petitioners, whose names have been given

3/4 in paragraph 12 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners, have been exonerated by the prosecuting agency after investigation. Thus charge sheet has been submitted only against petitioner nos. 15 and 21. Learned counsel further submits that though the matter has become infructuous in the light of report of the prosecuting agency, the petitioners found innocent may suffer because of the earlier lodged criminal case against them and some orders may be passed for their protection, if they apply for employment anywhere.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Staterespondents supports the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner exonerating the 20 petitioners and submitting charge sheet against two petitioners. The State-respondents also submits that the present petition may be disposed of considering the closure report submitted against 20 of the petitioners.

4. In the light of aforesaid submission of the parties, the present petition is disposed of while making it clear that the petitioners Vikas, Jitendra Kumar, Uday Malakar, Jaiky Kumar, , Ravindra Kumar, Zakir Hussain, Pankaj Kumar, Rohit Kumar Rana, Mohd. Aklakh Khan, Ramjeeban Sharma, Sanjay Kumar, Vicky Kumar, Shambhu Paswan, Amod Kumar

4/4 Vidyarthi, Santosh Narayan Rao, Sumit Kumar, Bhavesh Kumar, Santosh Kumar, S/o Nageshwar, Santosh Kumar, S/o Hira Lal and Ravi Ranjan Kumar will not be visited with any adverse consequence in connection with Hawai Adda P.S.
