2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that on his application, Vigilance Case No. 41B of 2019 was initiated which is still pending.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the concerned authority be directed to dispose of the aforesaid Vigilance Case expeditiously.

3. Accordingly, the Chief Executive Officer-cumMunicipal Commissioner, Patna Municipality is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17080 of 2023(11) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 dispose of the Vigilance Case No. 41B of 2019 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
