The petitioner seeks bail in Panjwara P.S. Case No.95 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

25 litres of liquor is said to have recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Panjwara P.S.
