2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 307, 302, 120B, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62652 of 2022.

4. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 18.12.2023, it appears that the trial Court is also taking all necessary steps to conclude the trial as soon as possible.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74858 of 2023(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
