JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 47A of the Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from a Black Bag with which petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,
