Petitioner is accused in connection with G.O. Case No. 46 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32558 of 2019 on 16.05.2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing six months in custody. Now, six months has already been completed. Petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65032 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.O. Case No. 46 of 2019.
