This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased who was a tempo driver was killed by the gang of pick-pockets brutally and the murder weapons were also recovered on the confessional statement of one co-accused, namely, Pintu Ram who has named the petitioner also as a person who was the member of the gang of pick-pockets and who participated in the brutal murder of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
