2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by reason of Annexure-P/9 judgment the present challenge is made. True, in Annexure-P/9 suspension of registration after the registration itself had expired was set aside. However, here is a case where there was untimely delay occasioned in challenging the impugned order.
