The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 840/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143/149/283/353/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against these petitioners is that they along with the 40-50 others had been responsible for causing serious obstruction of traffic and had been protesting against restriction of sand mining and its transportation. It is submitted that there is no specific role attached to the present petitioner.
Considering the aforementioned fact and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16303 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. (Danapur) (Patna), in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 840/2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
