This application is for restoration of Cr.Misc.No.55247 of 2016, an anticipatory bail matter, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order to file requisites for sending notices against opposite party No.2. The said order has now been complied and the reason for non-compliance is explained in the petition. Hence, the dismissal is set aside and Cr.Misc.No.55247 of 2016 is ordered to be restored to its original file.
