Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that the petitioners tried to get the Government job by supplying forged and fabricated academic certificates.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that while considering their certificates to be forged, they have

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj town Police Station Case No. 392/2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
