JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioners. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 595 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the regular bail application of the petitioner no. 1 was rejected on 19.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 84222 of 2023 and the regular bail application of the petitioner no. 2 was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75730 of 2025(3) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 rejected on 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 26705 of 2023.

4. The learned counsel for the informant submits that the evidence has been closed. He has also produced a photocopy of the certified copy of the order dated 10.02.2026 in this regard, which is taken on record.

5. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

6. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either party.
